Volunteer SignUps - How To

 

Thank you for volunteering with Austin Allies!!  We're excited for this new all-in-one volunteer system, and we know there may be some growing pains as we all get used to it.  If you have any issues or questions, please Contact Us.

 

Create a Family Account and subscribe to our weekly newsletter!

Click on the Calendar or check the list by hovering over "Volunteer Resources" tab --> "Sign Up to Volunteer" --> choose your month.

Sign up* for as many activities as you'd like, then check your email for confirmation.

*At-Home activities - Click the name of just ONE PERSON from your family. An email will be sent prior to the activity with instructions for materials pick up and directions for completing the projects.

   

*In-Person activities - Click the name of EACH PERSON that will be attending the volunteer shift. An email with info (parking, attire, etc.) will be sent prior to the activity. Pay attention to any age requirements.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click " Save " - you will not be signed up until you save all of your selections!

Keep an eye on your upcoming activities by going to "My Account" and then "My Forms."  You can edit your signups at any time.

Check your email as the activit(ies) get closer for all of the info you need to have a successful volunteer experience!
